Evans City Water & Sewer Authority is making smart investments in its infrastructure to provide, safe reliable drinking water for its customers. In this video, HRG project manager Mark Smith describes work we’ve done together to replace almost 6,000 feet of water main, increasing hydraulic capacity, improving water pressure for residential customers, and creating capacity for expanded service as the local population grows. He’ll discuss efforts to keep project costs low and save the community $285,000 through a loan subsidy from PENNVEST.
